The first batch of Up Mobile phones is tentatively scheduled to ship in late December (subject to adjustment based on market conditions). Typically, shipping times vary based on your location, and orders are generally shipped within 90 days after your purchase. Please stay tuned for updates on our official website and social media channels. You can also pre-order through authorized channel partners before the release date.

Up Mobile will be available for purchase through our official website (https://pre-order.upnetwork.xyz/). Additionally, we will provide a list of authorized online retailers and partners where you can make your purchase.

We support both cryptocurrency and fiat payment options:

• Crypto: USDT/USDC on the Tron, Ethereum, and BSC networks through AmoPay
• Fiat: USD 

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your Up Mobile. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new, unused, and unactivated condition with all original packaging and accessories included. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. You will also need to cover the return shipping costs. Up Mobile will be shipped to most countries worldwide. However, there are restrictions in certain regions.

• Referral Code for Wallet Points: This code is generated when you invite others to join Up Network. Sharing your referral code allows both you and the person you invite to earn bonus XP and Points. 

• Energy Recharge: Energy is required for mining points within the ecosystem. For every minute of mining, 1 Energy is consumed. The energy recharge allows your friends to help you recharge your energy based on their XP level. Completing tasks, participating in activities, and having friends recharge you can increase your energy up to the standard cap of 180 or up to 480 if your Up Mobile is activated.
